Terms of Service
FormFieber is a multiplayer party game: one person builds, everyone else guesses. These rules cover names, messages, 3D models and use of the service.
FormFieber is operated by Tobias Heri as a private individual in Switzerland. Contact: tobi.heri@icloud.com. See the Legal Notice for details.
1. Play fairly
- Do not use offensive player names or misleadingly impersonate another person or the operator.
- Racist, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful content is not allowed, including models and supposed jokes.
- Do not harass others or publish someone else’s personal data without authorization.
- Do not spam, send repeated unwanted messages or misuse chat.
- Do not deliberately disrupt games, exploit bugs, sabotage gameplay or circumvent game rules.
- Automated attacks, overloading, mass room creation or room-code probing, and bypassing technical limits are prohibited.
2. Content from other players
Names, chat messages and models come from individual players. They do not automatically represent the operator’s views and are not currently reviewed in advance. Each contributor is responsible for sharing only content they are entitled to use.
User-generated content does not create a blanket exclusion of the operator’s statutory responsibilities or duties to act. Report potentially unlawful content using the contact details. Neither comprehensive monitoring nor a specific response time is promised.
3. Violations
Protective measures may be necessary within technical possibilities and applicable law, such as ending a session or restricting access. There are currently no integrated report, kick or ban buttons. Technical rate limits do not replace content moderation.
4. Private rooms
Share room codes and invitations carefully. Anyone who knows the code can join a room in the lobby if space is available. A private room is not a confidential communications service. Other players may save or share visible content.
5. Availability and progress
The game requires a server connection. Disconnections, maintenance and restarts may interrupt play. Progress and points are temporary and have no monetary value. Continuous availability and restoration of lost progress are not promised. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy and future advertising
The Privacy Policy explains technical operation. No real advertising is currently delivered. If advertising is introduced, the necessary information and settings will be added. These terms are not advertising consent.
7. Development
Features and these rules may change for future use. Significant changes should be communicated clearly. These terms do not establish a choice of court, choice of law or blanket exclusion of liability.
