The building blocks
FormFieber combines simple geometry with a shared guessing game. These open-source projects power it.
Technology
- Three.js — 3D rendering, OrbitControls and TransformControls. MIT license.
- Socket.IO — real-time connections and synchronization. MIT license.
- Express — serving the browser game. MIT license.
- Node.js — server-side JavaScript runtime. See the Node.js license for notices and third-party components.
- Playwright — automated browser testing in development. Apache-2.0 license.
Typography and design
DM Sans and Space Grotesk are served through Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Font requests are described in the Privacy Policy. Emojis are rendered by your operating system or browser.
The homepage rocket is built from the editor’s basic shapes. There are no simulated players or dummy advertisements.
Inspiration and independence
The shared guessing mechanic recalls classic drawing and guessing games, including skribbl.io. FormFieber is an independent 3D modeling project. No affiliation, partnership or endorsement by skribbl.io or Google is claimed.
License notices
Full license texts accompany installed dependencies. The main libraries delivered to browsers are also listed in the third-party license notices. These notices do not grant an additional license for FormFieber’s own project code.
