About this project
Formfieber.com is the visual diary of german illustrator and graphic designer David Latz.
Born 1983 and raised up in western Germany. Regular school career, finished in 2002, followed by civil services and some jobbing. 2005 the begin of graphic design studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund, Ruhr Area.
Creating the alias “formfieber” in early 2007, primarly working on contemporary, street-art based illustrations & character designs. Started freelancing as illustrator and graphic designer in the mid of 2007, at the same time creation of a first portfolio on this domain. In order to connect and share knowledge, foundation of the Nonstopnerds Collective with some nice friends in the late summer of 2008.
To create myself some space for my visual output I started this permanently growing online exhibition in autumn 2009. Depending on changes in my pesonal and commercial work, I decided to outsorce my regular portfolio and use this space for my free work.
I love doodling, drawing and different illustration & painting techniques, experimental photography and try to create something on every single day.
